Navigate to the "Certificates" tab in your dashboard. You will see a list of all passed quizzes. Click the "Download PDF" button next to the desired relevant certificate.

Please update your profile information in the "Settings" page. Note that for security reasons, changing your name requires email verification. Once updated, you can re-download your past certificates with the corrected name.

Yes, most quizzes allow for multiple attempts. The specific number of allowed attempts (usually 5 per day) is listed on the quiz start page.

Currently, you must self-report your points to the AIA using the certificates generated by this platform as proof of completion.
